Work hours: Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM / 40 hours a week

• This role will primarily focus on supporting the accurate and timely processing of capital fixed assets, including significant involvement in ROC (Request for Capital) origination support and the processing of FADO (Fixed Asset Disposal) and FATO (Fixed Asset Transfer) transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and possess excellent data entry and reconciliation skills.

• Assist project managers and other departments in the submission of ROC documentation.
• Review ROC requests for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company capitalization policies.
• Track the status of ROCs through the approval process and communicate updates as needed.

• Process fixed asset disposal requests accurately and in a timely manner within the JAS quarter.
• Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., disposal forms, approvals) is complete and retained.
• Calculate gains or losses on disposals in accordance with accounting standards.
• Update fixed asset records to reflect disposals and ensure proper derecognition.

• Manage and process fixed asset transfer requests between departments, locations, or projects.
• Verify the accuracy of transfer details, including asset identification, cost, and accumulated depreciation.
• Ensure proper authorization for all transfers.
• Update fixed asset records to reflect ownership or location changes.
