- 8 to 10 years of SAP ABAP Lead Development experience
- Good understanding of HANA technology on application and database level a plus
- Experience in managing complex development efforts with a heavy offshore component
- Experience working directly with Functional and Development teams
- Experience in understanding and translating business requirements into technical specifications with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional SAP and client infrastructure teams to manage design delivery and testing of the entire project production landscape
- Should be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Ability to provide status to Management and/or Technical Architects
- Responsible for analyzing business requirements designing and SAP solutions
- Candidate should be a self-starter should have excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
