SAP ABAP Lead Consultant - Remote Opportunity

Summary: The SAP ABAP Lead Consultant role is a remote position requiring over 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, with a focus on leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships. The consultant will work with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, utilizing advanced technical skills in ABAP Objects and related technologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead ABAP teams and manage project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain ABAP programs, including enhancements and reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Utilize SAP technologies such as IDocs, BAPIs, and RFCs in development.
• Implement and optimize CDS Views and OData services.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience.
• Strong experience in ABAP Objects (OO ABAP).
• Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, enhancements, BADIs, and User Exits.
• Experience with ALV reports and forms.
• Experience with CDS Views, OData services, or Fiori is a plus.
• Proven experience leading ABAP teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
