Summary: Join the Application Managed Services team as an SAP ABAP HR Technical Consultant, focusing on delivering high-performing technology solutions for human resource management. This role involves designing, building, and deploying SAP ABAP HR programs while ensuring integration and optimization of existing systems. The position requires extensive experience in SAP ABAP development, particularly within HR/HCM modules. The consultant will collaborate with teams to enhance organizational capabilities through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy complex SAP ABAP HR programs and RICEFW functional objects.
  • Develop modern integrations using SAP OData Services, SAP Gateway, and REST/SOAP Web APIs.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing interfaces, custom reports, workflows, and integrations (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs).
  • Translate functional requirements into deep technical design specifications and lead peer code reviews to maintain code quality.

Key Skills:

  • 11+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development with deep emphasis on the SAP HR/HCM modules.
  • Proven expertise in RICEFW development, API integrations, and SAP Gateway web services.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Prior technical experience working with enterprise US Payroll and Time Management modules.
  • Active SAP ABAP or SAP HCM technical certifications.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to easily collaborate across remote and hybrid team environments.

Join our Application Managed Services team as an expert SAP ABAP HR Technical Consultant, driving enterprise software engineering excellence within our core technology systems. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-performing technology solutions that streamline human resource management workflows and empower organizational capabilities.
