Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
4–8+ years of SAP ABAP development experience, including RICEF development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Hands-on experience developing within or integrating with SAP FI-AP.
Experience building interfaces/extracts for RAPS or EDPS submissions, or similar regulatory/CMS data file processes (healthcare payer environment).
Strong ABAP skills: ALV reports, BAPIs/BADIs, user exits, enhancement framework, IDocs, and interface/file processing (flat file, EDI, XML).
Experience with batch job design, scheduling, and error handling/monitoring.
Experience debugging production issues and performing root-cause analysis.
Familiarity with SAP data dictionary, function modules, and performance tuning.
