Summary: The SAP ABAP CRM Developer role is focused on designing, developing, and maintaining SAP CRM components, particularly within the CRM Web UI and One Order framework. The position requires a strong technical background in SAP CRM and involves integration with various systems. The developer will work in an Agile environment, contributing to the enhancement of business transactions and ensuring high performance of the developed components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance SAP CRM solutions using ABAP OO, BOL/GENIL, and One Order frameworks.
  • Customise CRM Web UI using AET and BSP enhancements.
  • Create and configure views, pop ups, and dynamic/static UI elements.
  • Implement enhancements to business transactions, including actions and conditions within the Post Processing framework.
  • Manage Order Distribution Infrastructure (ODI) steps and S/4HANA contract replication configurations.
  • Integrate with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and other third-party systems.
  • Develop and manage provider orders and contracts across full life cycle processes.
  • Create and consume SOAP-based web services using SAP Process Orchestration (PO).
  • Utilise Business Rule Framework (BRF) events and SAP Function Modules (FMs) for decision logic.
  • Ensure high performance of developed components through rigorous tuning and optimisation.
  • Use Charm tool for SAP transport request management.
  • Collaborate effectively in Agile teams, participating in all SAFE Agile ceremonies.

Key Skills:

  • 4+ years of technical experience with SAP CRM (ABAP and Web UI).
  • Strong expertise in ABAP OO, One Order, and enhancement techniques.
  • Proficient in SAP CRM 7.0 design and configuration.
  • Deep understanding of BOL/GENIL architecture and CRM business objects.
  • Hands-on experience with SOAP web services and PO middleware.
  • Skilled in BRF, ODI, and CRM integration with S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with SAP Convergent Charging (CC) is a plus.
  • Agile mindset with experience working in SAFE Agile environments is an advantage.
