Salesforce Vlocity/ Omni Studio Developer

Summary: The Salesforce Vlocity/Omni Studio Developer role involves configuring Salesforce/Vlocity according to business needs, integrating it with backend applications, and supporting development teams. The position requires extensive experience in Salesforce CRM and Vlocity applications, with a focus on full lifecycle implementations. The developer will also participate in meetings and discussions as necessary. This is a long-term remote position based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuring Salesforce/Vlocity as per business requirements.
• Integrating Salesforce/Vlocity with other backend applications using REST, SOAP API's, and Vlocity integration procedures.
• Assisting Dev Teams when issues arise.
• Participating in meetings and discussions/reviews as needed.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience.
• Must have completed at least 3-5 full lifecycle implementations, with preference for Vlocity and Service Cloud.
• 3+ years experience in designing and developing Vlocity applications.
• Vlocity Insurance and health application knowledge is preferred.
• Salesforce/Vlocity DX experience is preferred.
• Agile methodology knowledge is preferred.
• Salesforce Configuration and Development.
• APEX/Visual Force development.
• Integration using REST/SOAP/Vlocity Integration Procedures.
• Vlocity Configuration and Development.
