The Lead Trainer owns the end-to-end learning approach, curriculum design and training delivery model for the programme, directing the content creation and SME team and preparing Regional Trainers.
Senior instructional design and facilitation experience.
Strong experience designing blended learning programmes.
Demonstrated VILT and Train-the-Trainer delivery experience.
Ability to coach content developers and SMEs.
Experience developing learning for enterprise technology or CRM implementations.
Highspot experience preferred; comparable LMS/enablement platform experience acceptable.
Salesforce Sales Cloud/Revenue Cloud familiarity desirable.
