The Content Creator is responsible for creating high-quality, persona-focused eLearning and performance-support materials from approved programme process documentation and work instructions.
eLearning or digital learning content development experience.
Excellent business writing and content simplification skills.
Experience converting complex process information into learner-friendly content.
Familiarity with LMS/enablement platform content standards.
Strong PowerPoint and document authoring capability.
Highspot authoring experience desirable.
CRM/Salesforce programme experience desirable.
