Salesforce TPM Technical Architect

Summary: We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to oversee the technical design and architecture of a multi-country Trade Promotion Management implementation. This role requires collaboration with the Program Manager and business stakeholders to ensure the delivery of scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and trade promotion solutions. Strong leadership and integration skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end technical design and architecture of a multi-country Trade Promotion Management implementation.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and business stakeholders.
• Deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Design high-volume, multi-country Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce governance, best practices, DevOps, and CI/CD.

Key Skills:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Technical Architect on large-scale programs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce TPM or similar trade promotion solutions.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end architecture, data modeling, security, and integrations.
• Strong integration experience with ERP systems, middleware, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce governance, best practices, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and technical leadership skills.
• CPG industry experience (trade promotions, pricing, analytics) preferred.
• Salesforce CTA or advanced certifications preferred.
