Summary: The Salesforce Test Manager will oversee the test strategy and planning for a significant Salesforce enhancement program. This role requires hands-on involvement in testing while leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams. The position is fully remote and offers a contract for six months. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in Salesforce implementation testing and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver a comprehensive Test Strategy and Test Plan tailored to the enhancement phase
- Establish clear test objectives aligned with business goals
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) teams
- Remain hands-on with testing, including designing, developing, and executing test scenarios
- Ensure robust project governance and quality control throughout the testing lifecycle
Key Skills:
- Proven expertise in Salesforce implementation testing, particularly during enhancement cycles
- Strong hands-on experience across: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Working knowledge of: Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Salesforce Agentic AI (desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly delivery-focused, with the ability to drive outcomes in fast-paced environments
