Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to support the rollout of a newly built Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and integrations with Zuora and NetSuite. This role demands a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to resolve issues during UAT and Go-Live phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Participate in end-to-end testing of the newly built Salesforce platform, including CPQ and integrated systems (Zuora, NetSuite)
- Identify, triage, and track defects and issues, working with development teams to resolve them promptly
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with end users, documenting feedback, and ensuring test coverage
- Assist with go-live planning and post-deployment support
- Provide functional expertise on Salesforce capabilities and best practices to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
Key Skills:
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience with a strong techno-functional background
- Hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
- Solid understanding of Salesforce-Zuora and Salesforce-NetSuite integrations
- Experience in test planning, execution, and defect management
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
