Summary: The Salesforce Technical Architect role is focused on leading complex enterprise implementations of Salesforce solutions, particularly within the Travel & Hospitality sector. The position requires extensive experience with various Salesforce clouds and strong integration capabilities. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Orlando, FL, or be available during EST hours, and hold relevant Salesforce certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex enterprise implementations of Salesforce solutions.
- Utilize deep expertise across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and the Lightning Platform.
- Drive contact center transformation and omni-channel service implementations.
- Manage integrations using REST, SOAP, Mulesoft, APIs, and middleware.
- Work in large multi-org, multi-cloud environments with global stakeholders.
- Deliver solutions for Travel & Hospitality customers.
- Implement hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, Flows, Platform Events, and enterprise data modeling.
- Maintain Salesforce Certified Application Architect & System Architect credentials.
- Ensure availability for onsite work in Orlando, FL or during EST hours.
