  • Emphasize data security and manage large data volumes, including data modeling and migration strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and administrators to foster best practices and technical growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them toward appropriate and creative uses of Salesforce functionality over custom solutions when possible.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, development processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce releases and new features, and stay current with industry trends to recommend improvements and prevent technical debt.
