Key Responsibilities:
- 12-15 years of overall experience, with at least 4+ years as a Salesforce Architect.
- Experience of at least 6-7 years in Salesforce.
- Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives.
- Understand Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Knowledge of Sales Cloud and experience with LOS and Underwriting projects; knowledge of US lending business/process is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of out-of-the-box features of Sales and Service Cloud.
- Manage releases of various Salesforce applications with a deep understanding of packages and change sets.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (Tooling API, Metadata API, Canvas, Rest/SOAP API, Bulk API, etc.) and Lightning development.
- Drive integration discussions of Salesforce with other systems.
- Preferred experience with Conga Composer, DocuSign, and exposure to Snowflake C-data integration.
Key Skills:
- Service Cloud expertise is mandatory; Auto Cloud is a plus.
- Proficiency in LWC and APEX.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Understanding of Sales Cloud and US lending processes.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs and Lightning development.
- Integration capabilities with other systems.
