We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Architect specializing in CRM + Data + AI solutions to lead strategic solution design, architecture, and delivery within Clients salesforce Practice. This role demands deep functional expertise, business acumen, and leadership in designing enterprise-wide Salesforce ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes. The Senior Architect will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to craft scalable, high-impact solutions that span marketing, IT, and business functions. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in pre-sales, shaping strategic business solutions and cross-cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture:
Design, architect, and oversee the implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions with a focus on enterprise-wide strategic business solutions.
Develop scalable, cross-cloud architectures integrating multiple Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
Define best practices for data unification, segmentation, real-time activations, and cross-cloud architecture.
Technical Leadership:
Lead solution design sessions and technical workshops with client stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:
Salesforce Expertise:
8+ years of experience in Salesforce solutions architecture and technical consulting.
Hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and Personalization, with a solid understanding of larger enterprise systems and their integration into Salesforce ecosystems.
Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.

Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and identity resolution.
Understanding of when/where to leverage Salesforce development languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, SQL).
Understanding of API-based integrations and ETL tools.
Leadership & Communication:
