Summary: The Salesforce Support Analyst will provide support, maintenance, and development for Salesforce applications in the public sector, focusing on transitioning the service and building relationships with stakeholders. This remote role requires expertise in Salesforce configurations and troubleshooting, along with strong communication skills. The analyst will report to the Service Delivery Manager and be part of the Applications Management practice. Eligibility for SC and NPPV3 clearance is necessary for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Salesforce applications and configurations using Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Perform hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of solutions.
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable documentation.
- Identify bugs and devise resolutions to defects.
- Provide quality solutions to complex problems for the client.
- Work across a varied technical stack.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud Configurations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Flows and Lightning Record pages.
- Awareness of Salesforce custom objects, fields, and List Views.
- Experience with version control and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Proficient in Jira/Confluence or equivalent documentation tools.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (essential), Platform Developer I (preferred), App Builder (desirable).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
- Experience with integration technologies (preferably Mulesoft).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
