Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Marketing Cloud Administrator to manage and optimize a Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment in a fast-paced enterprise setting. This role will be the primary technical resource for marketing operations, campaign execution, and integration with Salesforce CRM. The ideal candidate will facilitate the transition to Marketing Cloud Next, leveraging strong experience in Salesforce Core Flow and exposure to Data Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, and security settings
  • Monitor platform health, integrations, and data extensions
  • Implement proactive monitoring and alerting for active journeys
  • Enforce best practices, naming conventions, and org cleanup
  • Coordinate platform updates and release management
  • Build, test, and deploy batch and triggered email campaigns
  • Manage templates, personalization, and audience targeting
  • Troubleshoot deliverability, bounce handling, and sender reputation
  • Maintain suppression lists and ensure CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA compliance
  • Manage and optimize customer journeys for marketing and connected product workflows
  • Design journey entry sources, decision splits, wait steps, and exit criteria
  • Support retirement of legacy journeys and ensure clean transitions
  • Develop AMPscript, SQL queries, and automation workflows
  • Build and maintain dashboards and campaign performance reports
  • Provide insights on open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics
  • Support A/B testing and campaign optimization
  • Use Analytics Builder and Intelligence Reports for performance monitoring
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across campaigns, journeys, and integrations
  • Manage Marketing Cloud Connect integration with Salesforce CRM
  • Build and maintain data feeds, imports, and API integrations
  • Implement proactive health checks to prevent campaign failures
  • Provide daily support to marketing users and stakeholders
  • Create training materials and documentation
  • Collaborate with Salesforce teams on cross-cloud architecture and data sync

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and data extensions
