CANDIDATES CAN BE BASED ANYWHERE IN EU or UK HOWEVER IF BASED IN THE UK THIS WOULD BE AN INSIDE IR35 CONTRACT ROLE
Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer
- Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Accredited Professional
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect (Nice to have)
Skill Sets:
- User research, service design, journey mapping, and wireframing for healthcare/pharma.
- Deep understanding of Life Sciences Cloud capabilities (Patient Support Programs, Provider Relationship Management, Clinical Trial Management).
- Knowledge of Agentforce/Einstein AI conversational flows and AI UX design patterns.
