Job Description:

Delivers hands-on configuration and prototyping of features to validate requirements. Works directly with business users to map specific workflows to standard Salesforce functionality, conducting system demos to bridge the gap between requirements and solutions.

The Salesforce Sr. Business Analyst leads all discovery and requirements workshops with stakeholders; prepares materials and facilitates current state assessment, discovery, process, and requirements workshops. Establishes trust, rapport, and understanding with business owners to gather requirements. Uses industry recognized methods to deliver work products in Salesforce analysis, design, system testing, implementation or support and maintenance in a system lifecycle. Experienced in all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle. Experience in Salesforce configurations and declarative programming. Provides appropriate solutions to business problems. Assesses all issues surrounding people, process and technology. Conducts studies, analyzes and develops appropriate solutions, creates or maintains databases, develops and implements plans, reviews reports/work papers for accuracy and completeness, develops and presents alternative plans, defends analysis, assists project manager with changes to the scope of the project, and assists in managing client expectations.

• Actively participates in requirements workshops.

• Reviews, clarify and prioritize user stories.

Job Description:

Executes the coding and technical build of the solution, creating custom applications, triggers, and automated processes. Translates technical specifications into functioning code and participates in unit testing.

The Salesforce Developer understands technical approach based on business requirements and implements user stories by executing configuration and writing custom code (as necessary). Assists in the compilation of technical documentation. Demonstrates expertise on the Salesforce platform. Supports development by writing code coverage. Owns bug resolution for code related issues.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Identify and confirm technical design limitations
• Create unit test code coverage
• Designs small components of development work
• Develops custom code according to design specification
• Creates APIs and perform the build activities for the MuleSoft specifications
• Assists the technical architect with building and pushing deployment packages

Job Description:

Monitors and helps coordinate progress of software release phases by partnering with PM and collaborating with the developers and business analysts.

Key roles and responsibilities include:

• Execute hands-on code promotion across DEV, UAT, STG, and PROD sandboxes by leveraging experience with Salesforce DX, scratch orgs, artifact versioning, scripting, and automated code/security checks
• Create/maintain a continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD) strategy
• Manage source control
• Create/maintain DevOps Operating Guide
• Comfortable with making recommendations and enforcing DevOps best practices

Skill and Experience Requirements:

• Solid understanding of CI/CD including the ability to design and implement pipelines for the Salesforce Platform
• GitHub Actions (workflows, runners, secrets, matrix builds); experience with CI pool orchestration
• SFDX artifact publishing, versioning, dependency resolution
• Git; trunk-based development; branch protection; code review workflows
• PMD for Apex; GitHub CodeQL or equivalent SAST tooling
• Bash/Shell; YAML pipeline authoring; familiarity with Node.js tooling
