Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

Delivers hands-on configuration and prototyping of features to validate requirements. Works directly with business users to map specific workflows to standard Salesforce functionality, conducting system demos to bridge the gap between requirements and solutions.

The Salesforce Sr. Business Analyst leads all discovery and requirements workshops with stakeholders; prepares materials and facilitates current state assessment, discovery, process, and requirements workshops. Establishes trust, rapport, and understanding with business owners to gather requirements. Uses industry recognized methods to deliver work products in Salesforce analysis, design, system testing, implementation or support and maintenance in a system lifecycle. Experienced in all stages of the Systems Development Life Cycle. Experience in Salesforce configurations and declarative programming. Provides appropriate solutions to business problems. Assesses all issues surrounding people, process and technology. Job Description:

Executes the coding and technical build of the solution, creating custom applications, triggers, and automated processes. Translates technical specifications into functioning code and participates in unit testing.
