Key Responsibilities:
- Act as solution lead in pre-sales engagements for pharma and life sciences clients
- Partner with sales teams to support RFPs, proposals, demos, and client presentations
- Design high-level Salesforce architecture and solution blueprints
- Translate pharma business needs into Salesforce solutions
- Conduct discovery workshops and solution walkthroughs with client stakeholders
- Create solution documents, estimations, and implementation roadmaps
- Demonstrate Salesforce capabilities across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud
- Ensure proposed solutions meet pharma compliance standards (HIPAA, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Support clients across West Coast and Central US time zones
