Summary: The role of Salesforce Solution Architect involves supporting multiple pods in a large digital transformation project focused on Salesforce. The architect will help define requirements for developers to enhance project velocity while managing complex stakeholder expectations. This position can be part-time or full-time and is remote, catering to teams across the United States and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support across 6-7 pods for various business units.
- Define requirements for developers to increase project velocity.
- Assist in deduplication efforts prior to moving to data cloud.
- Engage in pipeline projects including Data Cloud, Service Cloud Voice, and Mulesoft expansion.
- Collaborate with a director of Architecture overseeing multiple teams.
- Manage changing requirements from difficult stakeholders.

– Large Digital Transformation project started 1-2 years back called Moonshot, focused around Salesforce.
– 6-7+ pods spread out for each business unit with teams per pod (Deal Manager, Legal, Field IQ, LinkIQ, Digital Marketing, etc)
– Doing a deduplication effort before ability to move to data cloud
– Pipeline projects include Data Cloud, Service Cloud Voice/Agentforce Voice, Mulesoft expansion and a new Pod focused around Collections & CAM
– 40+ people across the teams. A director of Architecture that oversees the pods, most of the team stretched thin on multiple projects
