Summary: Seeking a highly skilled and certified Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to implement scalable solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, integrate with Data Cloud, and enhance service workflows for exceptional customer support. The role involves developing case management workflows, utilizing various Salesforce technologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. The developer will also be responsible for code reviews and staying updated with platform innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop on Service Cloud solutions for case management workflows, service console, entitlements, omni-channel, and automation.
  • Build and customize using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce DX.
  • Use Git for version control and DevOps collaboration.
  • Implement Einstein for Service to enhance agent productivity, including features like Next Best Action and AI-based suggestions.
  • Leverage Service Analytics for reporting and dashboards to track key support metrics.
  • Integrate with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer identity resolution and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose architecture, and deliver solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure test coverage, and follow Salesforce best practices.
  • Stay current with platform innovations and suggest relevant enhancements.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and customization.
  • Solid command of case management, email-to-case, live agent, knowledge base, omni-channel, and service console features.
  • Proficient in custom development (Apex, LWC) and automation (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps workflows.
  • Hands-on with Einstein for Service and Service Analytics is a must.
