Summary: The Salesforce Senior Program Manager will lead enterprise-scale Salesforce programs, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and proactive status tracking. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end enterprise-scale Salesforce programs (multiple concurrent workstreams)
- Own program governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting
- Drive proactive status tracking (clear visibility on scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines)
- Ensure strong control on scope vs timeline commitments (avoid slippage, manage changes effectively)
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams - business, architects, development, QA, integration teams
- Act as the single point of accountability for program delivery and outcomes
Key Skills:
- Experience 2-3+ years as a Program Manager, specifically managing Salesforce programs
- Hands-on experience delivering 3-4 large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations
