Summary: We are looking for a Salesforce SDET to enhance our QA Automation team, focusing on the design, development, and execution of automated testing solutions for Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce testing, automation frameworks, API testing, and Agile methodologies. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure quality and efficiency in testing processes. The position is remote and offers a contract/full-time employment type.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop automation frameworks for Salesforce applications
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, TestNG, or similar tools
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex classes, Lightning Components, and workflows
  • Test integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems
  • Develop and execute API automation using REST/SOAP services
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution
  • Maintain test data and testing environments
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
  • Prepare test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders

  • Strong experience as SDET/QA Automation Engineer
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM testing
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python
  • Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or BDD frameworks
  • Strong API testing experience using Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI
