Summary: The role of Scrum Master focuses on leading Agile practices within a large-scale Salesforce programme, particularly emphasizing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) delivery. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams, and ensure effective sprint delivery while collaborating with various stakeholders. This position is remote with occasional travel to London and is classified as outside IR35. The contract is set to last until the end of May 2026, with a start date in mid to late September 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Act as a servant leader, coaching delivery teams in Agile best practices.
- Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Leads to maintain prioritised and well-groomed backlogs.
- Remove blockers and dependencies to support continuous delivery.
- Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and dependencies to programme leadership.
- Champion collaboration across onshore and offshore delivery teams.
Key Skills:
- Proven Scrum Master experience across large-scale Salesforce programmes.
- Strong delivery experience on CPQ projects.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and scaling practices.
- Background working across multiple Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience at both project and programme level delivery.
