Salesforce scrum master - Health cloud experience
- 7+ years Salesforce platform delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud
- Scrum Master experience leading sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and
- Ability to remove blockers and keep delivery teams focused on sprint goals.
- Experience working with product owners, business analysts, developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum; SAFe experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes.
- Ability to track sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Certification preferred, such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.
