Role: Salesforce Sales Cloud / CPQ Solution Consultant with Experience Cloud
Duration: 6 months and with possibility of extension
Location: Remote
Job Description:
Customize, configure, and maintain the Salesforce CPQ platform to meet the business requirements and streamline the sales process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within the Salesforce Sale Cloud / CPQ environment. Additionally, experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud is a desired capability.
Develop and implement custom solutions using Salesforce CPQ, including but not limited to product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, quoting processes, and approval workflows.
Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications, such as ERP systems, CRM platforms, and billing systems.
Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations while ensuring data integrity and system stability.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to Salesforce CPQ implementation.
Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations, as well as provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and stakeholders.
Stay current with Salesforce CPQ best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements and optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8 10 years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, including customization, configuration, and integration.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly preferred. PD2 is highly desirable too.
Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and quoting workflows.
Experience with Salesforce CPQ implementations in complex environments with multiple integrations is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
