Job Description:

  • The revised role is an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud Architect to support client s sales transformation (beyond the original definition of data hygiene and deduplication problem).
  • The resource should be a hands-on expert who has successfully tackled complex, legacy Salesforce environments and driven large-scale simplification and re-architecture.

The candidate must bring deep, proven experience in:

  • Transforming heavily customized orgs - simplifying legacy architectures with redundant fields, excessive custom objects, and poor governance
  • Driving governance and best practices - establishing scalable design standards and reducing technical debt built over years
  • Data Hygiene - resolving duplicate accounts/contacts and designing strong account hierarchies and data quality frameworks
  • Replacing custom solutions with standard features - especially across Opportunities, Quotes, and core Sales Cloud capabilities - define the proper data model
  • Rationalizing pricing architecture - addressing price book proliferation and separating pricing vs. discounting logic
  • Redesigning sales processes - standardizing opportunity lifecycle stages, removing artificial constraints, and improving pipeline visibility and forecasting
  • Fixing data and integration challenges - improving accuracy of distributor POS data and simplifying complex CRM-ERP integrations
  • Modernizing user experience - driving transition from Classic to Lightning and improving adoption
  • Client is specifically looking for someone who has successfully delivered similar transformations, not just advised on them, and can confidently lead both architectural decisions and execution.
