Salesforce QA tester

Summary: The role of Salesforce QA Tester requires a Senior QA tester with extensive Salesforce testing experience and proficiency in Tosca automation. The primary focus is on validating Salesforce applications and integrated systems through both manual and automated testing in an Agile environment. The position is remote and emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of QA methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, create test plans, test cases and test data.
• Perform functional, regression and integration testing for Salesforce applications.
• Develop and execute Tosca automated test scripts.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, flows, triggers and custom objects.
• Log defects, track resolutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Provide test status updates and maintain test documentation.

Key Skills:

• 5-10 yrs of QA testing experience.
• Strong Salesforce testing skills (UI, functional, backend).
• Hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca automation.
• Good understanding of Agile, STLC and SDLC.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Salesforce Certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of SOQL queries for backend validation (preferred).
• Experience with API testing or other automation tools [Selenium, UFT, etc.] (preferred).
• Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple system integrations (preferred).
