Summary: This role is for a Salesforce Project Manager who will work 100% remotely and is required to be on a W2 contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Strong communication and cultural fit with product owners for Salesforce assistance.
- Triage support queue and ask relevant questions to understand issues.
- User story and project work.
- Write testing records and business processes documentation in SharePoint.
- Understand technical requirements and relay information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Focus on requirement gathering and project management.
- Work with the business to understand needs and manage smaller cases.
- User management and data management without development work.
Key Skills:

- Need a strong communicator and a good culture fit for us. A lot of different product owners come to us for assistance within Salesforce. Someone that can ask the right questions and help pull the information that we need to understand what their ask is. Whether new enhancement, feature, or already have, tool that is broken within Salesforce. Gather information. What is their current state and requirements.
- This role will entail some triage within our support que. Could be easy as we need a license or need a new feature. Ask smart questions on the front end. Need to know how our system works.
- User Story and Project Work
- All documentation is within SharePoint need to be able to write testing records and business processes. Technical documentation.
- They need to have Salesforce experience. Need them to be technical enough that when a product owner or stakeholder comes to them, they can understand what type of work that would be. So they understand and relay that to the business. The business is not technical. Need to have that technical background.
- Focused on requirement gathering and project management.
- Being able to work with the business to understand the needs. Only the smaller side, if they receive a case they can work themselves or designated that would be. In addition to the triage, they could be assigned as the PM for a project while or two also working on the team to do triage. Assigning people tasks, full PM lifecycle/capability.
- User management, data management. Not flow work or any development ever.
