Summary: The role of Salesforce Lead - Commerce Cloud / OMS involves leading development and support efforts for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management System (OMS). The candidate will collaborate with both business and technical teams to implement, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions. This position is remote and requires strong expertise in Salesforce technologies and practices. The contract duration is between 6 to 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and support efforts for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and OMS.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to drive implementation and customization.
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including custom cartridges and front-end components.
- Build and support OMS functionality, ensuring reliable order lifecycle processing.
- Architect and implement integrations between SFCC, OMS, and third-party systems.
- Contribute to technical design, code reviews, and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a SAFe Agile framework.
Key Skills:

Job Description
We are looking for a Salesforce Lead with strong experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Order Management System (OMS). The ideal candidate will lead development and support efforts, work closely with business and technical teams, and drive the implementation, customization, and integration of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions and order management processes.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud certification
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC etc.
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including custom cartridges, controllers, and front-end components
- Build and support Order Management System (OMS) functionality, ensuring reliable order lifecycle processing from capture through fulfillment
- Architect and implement integrations between SFCC, OMS, and third-party systems (payment providers, ERPs, logistics platforms, etc.)
- Contribute to technical design(LLD Creation), code reviews, and documentation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a SAFe Agile framework, participating in PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, and backlog refinement
