Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce and nCino using Copado or AutoRABIT.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to coordinate and execute release activities.
- Maintain version control and branching strategies using Git or similar tools.
- Automate deployment processes and ensure consistent configuration across environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
- Enforce DevOps best practices, including code quality checks, automated testing, and rollback strategies.
- Manage metadata and data migrations between Salesforce orgs.
- Provide support for sandbox refreshes, environment setups, and release documentation.

Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, with at least 1 year focused on nCino.
