TechOhana are supporting a key customer who is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to help drive highly targeted, multi-channel customer journeys and optimise campaign performance. You’ll be the go-to person for building, testing and refining Marketing Cloud journeys with a strong focus on personalisation and mobile messaging.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and execute A/B tests
- Set up structured A/B tests across email journeys (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times, etc.)
- Analyse performance and share clear, data-driven recommendations for optimisation
- Implement WhatsApp opt-in journeys
- Build and refine WhatsApp opt-in flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Ensure all data capture and consent handling is compliant and correctly stored
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define messaging strategy and use cases
- Create custom price renewal offers
- Build dynamic, personalised renewal journeys based on customer data (tenure, usage, segment, etc.)
- Configure email content and logic to generate tailored renewal pricing offers
- Monitor performance and iterate to improve conversion rates
- Build new customer induction emails
- Design and implement an onboarding / induction email journey for new customers
- Ensure messaging, branding and timing support a smooth, engaging first experience
