Role: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

TechOhana are supporting a key customer who is looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to help drive highly targeted, multi-channel customer journeys and optimise campaign performance. You’ll be the go-to person for building, testing and refining Marketing Cloud journeys with a strong focus on personalisation and mobile messaging.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design and execute A/B tests
  • Set up structured A/B tests across email journeys (subject lines, content, CTAs, send times, etc.)
  • Analyse performance and share clear, data-driven recommendations for optimisation
  • Implement WhatsApp opt-in journeys
  • Build and refine WhatsApp opt-in flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ensure all data capture and consent handling is compliant and correctly stored
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define messaging strategy and use cases
  • Create custom price renewal offers
  • Build dynamic, personalised renewal journeys based on customer data (tenure, usage, segment, etc.)
  • Configure email content and logic to generate tailored renewal pricing offers
  • Monitor performance and iterate to improve conversion rates
