Job description

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 10 years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration and campaign management experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer 360, data modeling, segmentation, and identity resolution.
• Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and multi-BU environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, SOQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, CSS, JSON, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, APIs, and enterprise systems connectivity.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, deliverability, and marketing operations.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud certifications preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Tableau, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of CDP, MDM, real-time data streaming, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Journey Builder Custom Activities/Components.
• Salesforce development exposure (Apex, Lightning, integrations).
