Summary: The role of SFMC or Campaign Management Developer focuses on leading the architecture, design, and development of marketing technology solutions, particularly in campaign and offer management systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform, and will be responsible for driving personalized customer experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and architecture of offer and campaign management solutions.
- Develop and implement end-to-end integrations with leading MarTech platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce CRM, and Adobe Experience Platform (CDP).
- Work closely with product managers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and delivery roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers mentoring, reviewing code, and promoting best practices.
- Participate in client workshops to translate business objectives into scalable, technical solutions.
- Ensure delivery excellence through continuous optimization and innovation in development and deployment practices.
- Drive projects focused on customer data modeling, advanced segmentation, and real-time decisioning/personalization.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years of overall experience in the MarTech ecosystem.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with campaign & offer management platforms such as Naehas, SFMC, or similar.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and Adobe Experience Platform integrations.
- Strong experience in data architecture, customer segmentation, and real-time personalization engines.
- Proven ability to mentor teams, lead solution delivery, and engage with clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.
