Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing stakeholders to understand current SFMC usage and future ZMC goals
- Support and optimize current campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.)
- Assist in planning and executing the migration to Zeta Marketing Cloud
- Map marketing workflows, data extensions, and triggers between platforms
- Ensure data integrity, audience segmentation, and compliance during the transition
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain marketing performance during the migration
- Provide post-migration support, QA, and user training for ZMC
Key Skills:
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (mandatory)
- Working knowledge or direct experience with Zeta Marketing Cloud (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of email campaign lifecycles, marketing automation, and customer journeys
- Experience with platform integrations (e.g., CRM, DMP, APIs, etc.)
- Familiarity with AMPscript, SQL for SFMC
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting marketing platform migrations is a huge plus
