Key Responsibilities:
- Code send-ready HTML emails from provided design files
- Use SFMC tools and scripting languages (AMPscript, etc.) to enable dynamic personalization and segmentation
- Conduct QA testing on dynamic content, audience logic, and email rendering across platforms
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including test sends, stakeholder approvals, and revisions
- Handle subscriber data management, imports, and segmentation strategies in SFMC
- Validate targeting logic and ensure alignment with campaign objectives
- Schedule and deploy email campaigns via SFMC
- Monitor, analyze, and document campaign performance after deployment
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for campaign setup, testing, and results
Key Skills:
- Active Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification (required)

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SFMC and email campaign execution

About the Opportunity:
Talent Groups is seeking a certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) professional to support a high-volume email marketing program for a major electric utility company with a residential customer base of over 4 million. This role is responsible for the coding, QA, personalization, segmentation, and deployment of 8 14 email campaigns per month.
We are looking for individuals who hold both the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications. This is a hands-on development and deployment role focused on building and launching email campaigns.
