Summary: We are looking for a Salesforce Loyalty Cloud QA Engineer with extensive QA experience to ensure the effective execution of customer loyalty and rewards programs. The role involves end-to-end testing of the Salesforce Loyalty Management platform, focusing on validating reward engines, points logic, and integrations. The position is remote and is expected to last for 2 months with a possibility of extension. Candidates should have a strong background in Salesforce QA and relevant testing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Atleast 8+ years of dedicated QA experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience testing Salesforce Loyalty Management / Loyalty Cloud is highly preferred.
  • Validate the automated rules engine to ensure points are calculated and awarded accurately based on purchase behaviors and member attributes.
  • Use SOQL queries to verify ledger history updates accurately within the Transaction Journal following every user event.
  • Review and validate standard and custom fields across essential loyalty objects, including Loyalty Program Member, Transaction Journal, Loyalty Tier, and Member Currency.
  • Exceptional ability to audit point ledgers, percentage deductions, and tiered calculations. High proficiency writing SOQL and SQL queries is mandatory.
  • Thorough understanding of native Salesforce automation tools, specifically Flow Builder, Decision Tables, and Business Rules Engines.
  • Proven experience testing REST/SOAP APIs using tools like Postman to verify transactional updates between systems.
  • Broad understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery models and test management suites (e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr).

Job description:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Salesforce Loyalty Cloud QA Engineer to ensure the flawless execution of our customer loyalty and rewards programs.
