POSITION: Salesforce - Lead Technical Architect - State of CA

LOCATION: Remote (30 50% client travel)

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Looking for a Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) who can lead large enterprise Salesforce transformation programs from design through delivery.
• This is not a hands-on developer role. The candidate must be able to own the overall architecture and be the final technical decision maker on large projects.
• Need someone with a strong consulting background (IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Cognizant, Capgemini, etc.) who has worked directly with clients, executives, and delivery teams.
• Candidate should have experience leading architecture for multiple Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Industry Clouds.
• Must be strong with system integrations, APIs, event-driven architecture, OAuth, enterprise integrations, and large-scale data migrations.
• Looking for someone who has worked with modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Strong experience designing and delivering AI/LLM solutions, including Agentforce, RAG, chatbots, AI orchestration, governance, guardrails, and production AI implementations.
• Need experience leading architecture on large enterprise transformation programs ($10M+ projects).
• Candidate should be comfortable supporting pre-sales activities, architecture presentations, solution design, effort estimation, and technical proposal reviews.
• Must understand enterprise-level security, disaster recovery, scalability, availability, compliance, and observability requirements.
• Experience with MuleSoft, Kafka, Boomi, Workato, Informatica, Terraform, Kubernetes, OpenShift, CI/CD, and mainframe integrations is highly preferred.
• Healthcare, life sciences, government, or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
• Requires active Salesforce CTA certification. Other Salesforce AI, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, Cloud, Snowflake, or Databricks certifications are nice to have.
