Summary: We are looking for a Salesforce Functional Consultant with expertise in Trade Promotion Management to enhance our commercial trade capabilities. The role involves collaborating with sales and finance teams to translate complex workflows into Salesforce solutions, focusing on budgeting, fund management, and claims settlement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Mapping: Partner with Sales, Commercial Planning, and Finance teams to map out end-to-end trade promotion processes, from initial budget allocation to post-event ROI analysis.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate complex business requirements regarding trade spend, volume forecasting, rebate structures, and deductions into technical user stories for the Salesforce development team.
  • Solutioning & Configuration: Design and configure functional solutions within Salesforce (User interfaces, declarative automations, account hierarchies, and planning screens) tailored to TPM needs.
  • Deductions & Claims Management: Define and optimize workflows for claims validation, dispute resolution, and integration with backend ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for financial clearing.
  • Testing & Adoption: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with commercial teams, manage change management initiatives, and build training documentation to drive user adoption.

Key Skills:

  • Salesforce Expertise: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin, Business Analyst, or Functional Consultant). Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud is highly preferred.
