Summary: The role of Salesforce FSL Lead involves leading a small team in the development and support of Salesforce Field Service Lightning processes for a global retail leader. The position requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce and related tools, as well as experience in Agile Scrum methodologies. The role is fully remote within the EU, catering to a dynamic and fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate will possess excellent liaising skills and a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3 to 4 people in the development and support of Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Manage integration and development tasks related to FSM processes.
- Interact with customers, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
- Utilize Service Now or similar tools for L2 and L3 support.
- Implement Agile Scrum processes within the team.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for Salesforce projects.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with external parties.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead.
- Strong knowledge of Field Service Lightning and FSM processes.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.

Empiric are currently working alongside a global retail leader to find a Salesforce Field Service Lightning Lead capable of handling a team size of 3 to 4 people working in different geographies. This will be in the area of Development and Support Tickets.
The Tech Lead should have good hands on Technical experience in Field Service Lightning , FSM Processes.
The Salesforce Tech lead must also have good knowledge about Service Now or similar tools used for L2 and L3 Support. Together with god knowledge on Agile Scrum Processes.
