- High-Level Technical Blueprinting: Prepare high-level technical solution designs and architectural blueprints, outlining how requirements will be met, specifying integration points, and guiding the development team.
- Functional & Technical Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between the business team and the Salesforce development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Hands-on Capability (as needed): While not a primary development role, be capable of getting hands-on with Salesforce configuration, Apex, or LWC to prototype solutions, assist with complex troubleshooting, or understand technical nuances when required.

- Hands-on Readiness: While not a daily coding role, demonstrate the ability and willingness to get hands-on with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC) if the situation demands.
Remarks -
- Client needs a functional consultant who can work with the business team to gather requirements. The SF Consultant should be well-versed in Salesforce Field Service Cloud capabilities so that he/she can advise whether that can be implemented using Salesforce.
- Another aspect to consider is the Communication and Interpersonal skills. Many of the business stakeholders have been using the current applications for a long time, and there will be resistance to change. This person needs to be a go-getter who can gather inputs from the business by asking the right questions effectively.
- The preference is to have this person On-site (Los Angeles); however, I believe, remote/hybrid will also work as soon as long as the candidate is willing to travel on-site for a few in person discovery sessions.
