Summary: Infinite Solutions Inc is seeking a Salesforce Extract Transform Load (ETL) Specialist with extensive experience in developing and implementing ETL processes, data migration, and Salesforce data management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data conversion, validation testing, and application development, particularly with legacy systems. This role is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ETL processes.
  • Perform data migration planning and pre-migration validation testing.
  • Execute actual data transfer and transformation from legacy systems to Salesforce.
  • Conduct post-migration validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Lead data conversion projects involving the migration of 100 million legacy records to Salesforce.
  • Utilize ALM tools for project management.
  • Integrate or expose SaaS, PaaS, or client-server data to IBM mainframe applications for OLTP and batch processing.
  • Design and develop applications using COBOL, CICS, and JCL.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in ETL processes.
  • Experience in data migration planning and validation testing.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce data management.
  • Experience with ALM tools.
  • Data analysis and design skills, including data models and workflows.
  • Experience with CA DMV legacy data and services.
  • Data Architect certification and Database Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder and Salesforce OmniStudio Developer certifications.
  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Integration Specialist/Professional certification.

Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Salesforce Extract Transform Load (ETL) Specialist

Mandatory skills

  1. A minimum of seven (7) of experience within the last ten (10) years developing and implementing ETL processes.
  2. Prior experience performing data migration planning.
  3. Prior experience performing pre-migration validation testing.
  4. Prior experience in ETL actual data transfer and transformation from legacy to Salesforce.
  5. Prior experience performing post-migration validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  6. Prior experience as a Data Conversion Lead for projects converting/migrating 100 million legacy records to Salesforce.
  7. A minimum of three (3) years of experience working with ALM tools.
  8. A minimum of three (3) years of experience performing data integration or exposing SaaS, PaaS, or client-server data to IBM mainframe applications for OLTP and batch processing purposes.
  9. A minimum of seven (7) years of experience working with Salesforce data.
  10. A minimum of five (5) years of experience within the last ten (10) years performing data analysis and design, including developing data models and workflows for system integration.
  11. Prior experience with CA DMV legacy data and services.
  12. At least fifteen (15) years of experience designing and developing applications using COBOL, CICS, and JCL.
