Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience as an ETL Developer or Integration Specialist.
Strong hands-on experience with CData Arc (formerly RSSBus Connect) is essential. Please highlight your experience with specific features and functionalities.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including but not limited to: Standard Objects (Account, Contact, Opportunity, Lead, Case), Custom Objects, Relationships (Lookup, Master-Detail), Apex Triggers (understanding impact on data), and SOQL/SOSL queries.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex data integrations between disparate systems.
Solid understanding of data transformation techniques, data mapping, and data validation.
Ability to troubleshoot complex data integration issues and identify root causes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other ETL tools or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi) is a plus.
Familiarity with various data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and flat files.
Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration protocols.
Salesforce Administrator or Developer certifications are a plus.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
