Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Gearset workflows for automated testing, validation, backups, and deployments across sandboxes and production orgs.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and admins to align on release strategies, coding standards, and DevOps best practices.
  • Manage source control using Git, enforcing version control best practices and supporting source-driven development.
  • Integrate automated quality checks, static code analysis, and test execution into deployment pipelines.
  • Support and troubleshoot deployment issues, ensuring release reliability and rollback readiness.
  • Work closely with QA and development teams to improve deployment quality and speed.
