Summary: The Salesforce Developer role involves joining an agile team to develop and enhance Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with scrum team to design solutions based on technical requirements
- Develop solutions within the sprint cycle
- Work with test team to troubleshoot and resolve bugs
- Troubleshoot and resolve production defects
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation; provide new functionalities and solutions as needed
- Work with Salesforce to troubleshoot and resolve open issues as needed
- Assist with sandbox and certificate management
Key Skills:
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Experience developing Lightning components and custom Apex classes
- Diagnose issues from error codes, logging, de-bugging in process builder, workflows, etc.
- Research problems to enable effectively triaging problems and providing resolutions
- Prioritize workload and assist where needed without direction
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and development processes
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technology field or related experience (preferred)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
- Experience with Vlocity (preferred)
- Familiarity with Copado (preferred)
