Summary: The Ohio Department of Development is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Omnistudio. The role involves developing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, analyzing project objectives, creating workflows, and troubleshooting errors. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical lead on projects regarding Salesforce application development.
- Maintain the security & integrity of the Salesforce platform.
- Research Salesforce release notes & prepare environment for upcoming releases.
- Develop solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Create timelines & estimates for project work.
- Troubleshoot & fix bugs.
- Test applications prior to User Acceptance Testing & ensure requirements are met.
- Meet with internal & external stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Produce project estimates & communicate regularly with project managers to update progress.
- Proactively & independently determine tasks for projects without guidance from manager or project manager.
- Design & architect applications to meet business needs & work with Business Analysts to present solutions to stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance & development mitigation solutions to address performance inefficiencies.

- Experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms (Classic, Lightning, Public Sector Solutions)
- Experience with Force.com developer toolkit
- Experience developing with the Lightning Component Framework.
