Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM app development with strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and Experience Cloud at an enterprise level of complexity.
- Expert understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
- Experience with Lightning Components, Design System, APEX Classes, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Aura, and Flow.
- Experience with SFDX, environment management, release management, code versioning, deployment methodologies, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with Salesforce API and Web Services (REST/SOAP/Bulk).
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Conducting code reviews and unit testing.
- Mentoring and training junior developers.

Scope:
- This team is responsible for the development and support of multiple Salesforce applications and portals. Their scope includes:
- New development
- Enhancements
- Migrations
- Implementations
- Ongoing support of the production environment
- We are not looking for Salesforce Administrator or 50% Admin/50% Developer we need true developers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience supporting production-level Salesforce applications (not just implementation/migration work).
- Strong debugging skills with the ability to analyze and resolve issues in existing code and applications.
- Self-sufficient and solutions-oriented able to overcome technical roadblocks independently without relying solely on Technical Leads.
- Not just task executors must be proactive problem solvers who take ownership of their work.

Desired Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
- Healthcare, especially Health insurance (Payor) business domain knowledge is an immense value add.
- Experience with Managed package and unlocked package development
