Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customise Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- Design and implement Service Cloud functionality, including case management, service processes, automation, and omnichannel capabilities.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and applications.
- Support deployments, testing, and ongoing enhancements across client environments.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and Salesforce best practices.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (essential).
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.

This is a fully remote opportunity offering up to £450 per day Outside IR35, working on enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations for a range of high-profile clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions, with a particular focus on Service Cloud . You will work closely with consultants, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive customer service excellence.
